xlsm 檔無法開啟

在安裝 Office 2003 的電腦上已安裝相容性套件，但是廠商寄來的 xlsm 檔仍然無法正常開啟，很多地方都變空白。後來他們寄來一個說明：

Dear Licensees who use Microsoft Office 2000 or Office 2003

In case you have any issue with errors and cannot open the License Fee Calculator that we provided with Microsoft Excel 2010 format properly, please try to take following steps on the computer that you have used the License Fee Calculator.

  1. Ensure your system is up to date by installing all High-Priority/Required updates on Microsoft Update.       

         Microsoft Update

  2. Restart your computer.

  3. After installing all High-Priority/Required updates with Microsoft Update, download the
Compatibility Pack (Traditional
Chinese edition) at below link by clicking the Download button
above and saving the file to your hard disk.

  4. Double-click the FileFormatConverters.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.

  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

  6. Restart your computer.

  7. Open Microsoft Excel.

  8. From the Tools menu, select “Macro” and then “Security”.

  9. When the "Security" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Security level" tab.

  10. Choose “Low” from the Security Level tab.

  11. Click the “OK” button.

  12. Exit Excel.

  13. Double click on License Fee Calculator file and confirm if you can open it.

    *Notes*
    You might face following situation.

1.      The error message that says “This file has been created by new version of Microsoft
Excel format. This file is converted to workable format, but following issues
have been occurred. This file is opened as read only to protect original file.”
Is shown on the screen and License Fee Calculator
file is opened as read only even after saving on the local disk drive.

2.      The tables are shown as white (No ruled line).

    Even in case you face above issues, if functions for each sheet work fine when you
input data in each cell, you can use License Fee
Calculator with Microsoft Excel 2010 format.
